The new e-filing project has taken the Colorado Judicial Branch's top priority. The ICCES project consists of two functions; 1) An e-filed based system and 2) A document management system. The project has been separated into three phases; 1) Small claims 2) E-filing case types that LexisNexis supports (civil, domestic, probate, water and appellate) and 3) All other remaining case types (criminal, juvenile, mental health).
