The Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) provides mediation and other ADR processes in locations throughout the state, along with some supplemental processes and services that assist parties in finding a fair resolution. Parties have the choice of using the services provided by ODR or contacting private mediators or other organizations that provide ADR services.
