CCR/RJ Mini-Grants

PROGRAM IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

The Community Conflict Resolution-Restorative Justice Mini-Grants program is intended to support the development of local community conflict resolution and restorative justice services throughout the state. The grants target unserved or underserved populations. They will be awarded to create new organizations or agencies, new programs within existing organizations or agencies, or to expand services provided by existing organizations or agencies. Please see documents below for application materials and information.

Individual grants range from $10,000 to $20,000, depending on category of funding.  4-6 grants are generally awarded each cycle.  Funds may be used only for personal services.  Beginning in 2008, the Mini-Grants are awarded on a 2-year funding cycle, with a limited number of 3rd and 4th year continuation grants available.  The fiscal year (FY) 2009 and FY 2010 grant cycle applications were due on March 3, 2008.  Fiscal years run from July 1 until June 30 of the following year.

Check this website in January 2010 for the announcement and application materials for the FY 2011 & FY 2012 grant cycle.  For more information about the program, see the documents below for the FY 2009 & FY 2010 grant cycle.  Note that these documents are for informational purposes only, and that the FY 2011 & FY 2012 grant cycle may include significant changes to the program and application documents.
