NORCHEM

The Judicial Branch has contracted with NORCHEM to conduct all of the State's drug testing for offenders on probation. NORCHEM and the Judicial Branch electronically share ICON/Eclipse data and drug test results in realtime. This project went live on July 27, 2008.
